Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

No, you can also buy without.

But we advise to make it, because you will have better prices for a lot of products and you can see pictures.By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

- pictures and details
- better prices
- better help for products which are not available in the shop

Which shipping providers do you use?

We send everything with DHL, Fedex, Tnt, here you can see.

- DHL Parcel for Europe
- DHL Express / FedEx / TNT for out of Europe
- DHL Feight or Globel for heavy orders

How long it will take to receive the parts?

This information you can find near the product. Most parts have a delivery time of 3-5 working days, then ready to ship to you.

- You will receive an e-mail with track and trace when we ship.
- When you choose pick-up order you can arrange the shipping yourself.
- When you choose Dutch Engine Parts arrange the shipping, you receive an e-mail from DHL/ FedEx/ TNT.

Do you offer any kind of discounts?

Yes, make an account and you will see your discount

- Use your legal VAT number in your account, when you have one.
- Out of Europe you will receive special export prices.
- You can also buy when you do not have a company.

Do you accept orders from all Country's of the world?

Yes we do, but we have to follow the rules of the EU

- So it can happen that we are not alloud to send to your country
- We are not allowed to send to private persons in Russia.
