Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the order amount and the destination country.

• For orders exceeding €250 (gross) within the Netherlands, delivery will be free of charge to your specified address.
• Within the European Union, we charge 5% of the order amount, with a minimum fee that varies per country.

 

Pick-up with Your Own Carrier

If you wish to arrange transport through your own carrier, please provide your customer number and preferred service provider (e.g., DHL, TNT, UPS). We will ensure the shipment is prepared for local pick-up.

Outside Europe

For orders outside Europe, the default shipping method is “pick up.” Worldwide delivery, including all required export documentation, is available as an additional service. If you do not have an international freight contract, we will be happy to provide a customized quotation for shipping costs by e-mail.
